I got this supposedly to upgrade my Post Office broadband, but the number doesn’t line up with what's on their website, and the letter along with the choices seems a bit dodgy. Plus, since Shell Energy took over from the Post Office back in Nov 2021, their site says they’d reach out to current users themselves. Seems off to me.
