In December, we noticed a withdrawal of £89.95 from her account. The bank promptly cancelled our card because of this. However, those same dodgy individuals tried on four separate occasions to siphon off another £89.95 using the now-cancelled card. We've since had to shut down our account, and it seems this whole mess is now with the bank's fraud department.

In December, a sum of £89.95 was debited from our account. Subsequently, my bank decided to cancel our card, yet it appears that these individuals tried to withdraw another £89.95 using the now-invalidated card. I've taken the precaution of closing our account entirely, and this situation has been escalated to the bank's fraud department.
