I had a polite gentleman with an Asian background reach out, wanting to discuss something about 'utility bills' related to his business. To be honest, I wasn’t interested at all. But I must say, unlike many, he handled my refusal with grace and didn’t take offence at my straightforwardness. Quite refreshing, really!
