Honestly, this Hotmail support is seriously the best I’ve come across. My free email got hacked and I was really stressed out. I rang up the number and they sorted everything out for me. Yeah, they do charge for the help, but I think it’s worth it. Big thanks to them!

This has all the signs of a scam. At first, it seemed pretty believable, but then they began asking weird personal questions and wanted payment info for my credit card. They even tried to get me to give them access to my PC at home, which felt really dodgy. Definitely not to be trusted!

I got a call from someone claiming to be Outlook support and honestly, I wouldn’t trust them at all. Felt really fishy to me.

Hello, I got a call from this number and the person claimed to be from Microsoft. When I requested an official email for proof, they kinda got annoyed and tried to get me to install software on my PC. My daughter accidentally gave them my IP address, and then they started poking around on my computer, which was a bad move. This phone number is easy to find on Google if you search for Hotmail support, so I thought it was legit, but it’s definitely not safe. I’m not sure if they managed to infect my computer or just wanted to sell me something, but they aren’t genuine Microsoft support, no doubt about that.

They put up a fake Microsoft page that looks really proper, saying there's an issue with your Hotmail and at the bottom, they give a phone number for "Customer Support". Basically, they lock you out of your emails and hold them hostage. Then they get you to install Citrix so they can take over your computer remotely and demand £69.99. I can't believe this isn't against the law. The number they use is 08000148075 as well.
