My Norton antivirus vanished from my laptop, so I searched for the Norton support number. This one popped up, so I gave it a ring. After about half an hour of confusing talk from a lady with an Indian accent, she told me it would cost £200 for additional computer support. I said I'd rather head to Currys for help, which clearly annoyed her. You can guess what happened next... I hung up, disconnected from the internet, and managed to fix the problem on my own.
