Is this a scam? Not quite certain yet, but it definitely feels suspicious. To make it even more peculiar, the call came through at 8:30 in the morning on the 5th of May, 2020.

Received a call from 0800 098 7864 at around 8:40 this morning. When I picked up, there was absolutely no one on the other end. Then, the line just went dead. Guess it must have been an issue on their part. How peculiar, don't you think?

Today, on 21st April in Wellesbourne, I got a random call on my landline from a lady who seemed like a total Honey Trap. It felt way too sugary to be genuine, so I’m putting her number on my block list. I’ll be sure to let the local neighbourhood watch know about this dodgy call.
