They keep ringing me up all the time, really irritating and I don’t want any of it.

Got a call asking if I wanted to file a claim for an accident supposedly within the last year and a half. When I asked for details about the accident, they asked if I’d had more than one. I told them if they were gonna ask about a claim, surely they should have the accident info already. They said they don’t have all the details. The chat ended with me saying they should gather the full info before ringing me again. Just to be clear, I haven’t been in any accident in the past 18 months at all!

Got a really annoying call earlier; as soon as I picked up, they just ended the call straight away. Went ahead and blocked the number after that.
