This is definitely a legitimate number from BT.

I received a phone call from a number that had a pre-recorded voice insisting that they couldn't complete my order and urged me to call 0800 085 7354. They mentioned I needed to make the call within a day because they wouldn't be able to hold my order. This same message kept bugging me, ringing repeatedly each day-so tiresome! Interestingly, they never provided a company name, and to be honest, I haven’t placed any sort of order with anyone recently. I tried to see who had called by using 1471, but the number wasn’t disclosed. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

I've been getting calls from this number nonstop. They always leave a voicemail urging me to call them back. Is this a scam? Could it be some sort of fraud? They say they're from BT, but BT doesn’t have any record of this number. Quite suspicious, isn’t it?
