We've been inundated with calls from Launa Windows, and despite our efforts to reach out via their listed number to have our details removed from their directory, they haven't budged one bit. It's become rather ridiculous, with three phone calls a day for the past week! Their customer service is utterly dreadful; the moment we mention removing our number, they hang up without a second thought. If you're in a similar predicament, I strongly recommend ringing "0800 eleven 77 77" to demand the removal of your information. And if they continue to pester you, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Ofcom at "020 7981 3040 or 0300 123 3333" to lodge a complaint. It’s high time something was done about these intrusive callers!

I've received calls from these individuals more than once now. They never respond when I pick up, and since I use BT's caller ID, I avoid answering numbers I don't recognise. I'm registered with the TPS, so it seems this company is clearly flouting the law. I'll be sure to drop them an email regarding this matter. Appreciate the info provided!

I’ve contacted BT to flag them since we called the number back and they claimed that any numbers left would be removed from their records. Yet, here we are, receiving calls from them again. It’s worth asking to speak with a manager, as the call handlers there are simply trying to justify their jobs by fielding calls for commission, it seems. Countless silent calls prompted us to utilise 1471 to unearth the identity of the callers. Upon browsing this directory, I found a number to ring for requesting removal from their listings. When they inquired, "Have I provided you with services previously?" I replied with a firm "no." They were incredibly polite and assured me that my number would be scrubbed from their records. It's feasible that the former owner of my residence had some windows fitted, which explains all these calls. Clearly, these individuals are not the original contacts. Hopefully, this might lead to a bit of tranquillity now.

We're getting fed up with these constant calls from this lot. I've just called 0800 117777 and left a message clearly stating that we have no interest in Windows whatsoever. Honestly, we’ve never wanted anything to do with them. They should remove our details from their directory post haste. I'm getting an increasing number of these calls lately. This particular one hangs up as soon as we pick up the phone. Honestly, we've got far more important things to fill our weeks with than wasting time answering calls from unknown numbers. We do feel the need to pick up just in case it might be an important call, but it's rather frustrating that we’re expected to fork out for caller ID just to screen out unwanted nuisances. It would be splendid if perks like caller display were offered as standard without additional charges.

Hey Cathy! Just a heads up, BT offers a deal where they can register you with the TPS and also provide you with caller ID. If you’re not with BT, getting caller ID used to set you back around a pound, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal at all!

Received a call on our home phone at 6:05 PM today. There was utter hush on the other end until we greeted them with a "hello," at which point the call was abruptly ended by whoever was calling.

When it was supposedly Launa Windows calling, I was baffled, considering I don't have any windows that require replacing-my setup consists of portacabins.
