I've been inundated with messages from this number. Definitely not inclined to call them back; something feels seriously off. A few weeks ago, I received a text from Orange regarding an issue with our direct debit. After visiting the local shop to resolve the matter, I can confidently say everything is in order.

This month I've received roughly four text messages regarding some important details about a phone insurance policy associated with Phones4U. The thing is, I’ve never even been a customer of theirs, so I have no intention of returning their call. The number is 080729718.

I suspect it's Orange trying to get in touch, sending us messages claiming there's an issue. They want us to ring them up, as if that's going to happen! Just because we've cancelled the direct debit, they think they can hound us. No chance, Orange!

This month, I’ve received roughly five text messages from the number 0800 072 9718. Each of them claims to have critical information regarding our mobile phone insurance purchased through Phones4U. They keep insisting we contact their policy administration at that number. The thing is, I’ve never purchased a phone from them; ours was acquired directly from Vodafone! We’ve tried to ignore the messages, but lo and behold, another one arrives the following day. Quite the nuisance, really!

Blimey, these blokes have switched up their number! I'm being bombarded with the same text messages from 08001973026. What a bunch of dodgy characters. I reckon this is definitely some sort of scam.

In the past month, we've received at least five text messages from the number 0800 072 9718. Each one claims to have crucial information regarding mobile phone insurance linked to a purchase from Phones4U. It advises us to contact the policy administrator at that number. The thing is, neither my partner nor I have ever bought a phone from them; our current device was directly acquired from Vodafone! Despite attempting to ignore these messages, they keep rolling in, and sure enough, another one arrives the next day.

Without a doubt, she wasn’t familiar with the official policy administration. Our name, while a tad tricky to pronounce, should’ve been clear enough when looking at the screen. Oddly enough, she had to ask us to say it again twice!
