This is about OVO Energy. I got sent the same bill twice, and because it keeps happening, I called the number they gave to sort it out. I was waiting on hold for ages, at least 20 minutes, then when I finally started talking, the call just dropped - you can imagine my frustration! Then, oddly enough, the same person rang me back from this number trying to get me to set up a direct debit. I just told her no and ended the call. Like another user mentioned, it really feels like OVO's system might’ve been compromised and someone’s after account details, including banking info.

I got two calls from this number while I was chatting with OVO. Right when OVO picked up, this number rang again. At first, I figured it was some sort of glitch on OVO’s end, so I told the woman on the line about it. Then suddenly the calls just stopped. Makes me wonder if it’s linked to OVO somehow, or maybe some dodgy representative messing around.

Got a missed call from this number too, right after my contract with Ovo got cancelled. It lines up with a couple of letters we've had from 'Ovo' and some debt collection firm chasing us for payments that keep shifting amounts, even though we weren't living at that address then. What's worse, they're using my husband's name instead of mine, even though I was the one with the account. After reading these comments, I’m really glad I didn’t pick up.
