Weirdly, someone else mentioned getting a call from saga7i today and just letting it ring through to voicemail without saying anything - just silence. Earlier, I was actually on the phone sorting out some insurance with Saga, so maybe it’s something up with their phone system. Normally, if I don’t know the number or who’s calling, I just let it go to voicemail. If it’s really important, they usually leave a message anyway.

The first time, we answered, but the person on the other end didn't acknowledge our greeting and there was just some sort of call centre noise in the background.
