It’s not a scam, I rang Mac Ferries myself about booking and getting refunds.

Got a call from a withheld number, left a voicemail about ringing back on this freephone line for a 'partial refund' because apparently ticket prices had gone down. The guy had a thick Scottish accent and talked so rapidly I couldn’t catch which company he was with. I haven't actually purchased any tickets, so this has to be a con.

My dad got a call from these people saying they’re doing a survey about heating emissions and CO2 levels, something to do with double glazing. They told him they’re nearby and asked if they could visit on Friday. Bit suspicious if you ask me! Cheers.
