I usually answer with "Who’s calling?" and they just repeat, "Is that you, (my first name)?" When I say, "It better be something important," they dive right into a spiel about green energy stuff. I usually just tell them off with some colourful language and hang up. I block the number straight away, but after a week or so, they somehow call again with almost the same script.
