I’m absolutely fed up with this pest! They just won’t leave me alone!

I received a phone call earlier today, 18th July, around half past one in the afternoon. Initially, a woman with a rather poor command of English was speaking, followed by a man who inquired about my phone information tied to some sort of offer. He attempted to elaborate on their proposition, but then abruptly cut the call. It was clearly a scam attempt.

In my experience, the caller had an Indian accent, rather than a Chinese one. It was a typical cold call.

I've received multiple calls over the past few days from a lady with a Chinese accent inquiring about my wellbeing. I’ve just hung up each time, as it feels like one of those dodgy scam calls.
