Got an automated call from EDF demanding payment for a bill. They ring and leave messages like 4 times which is proper annoying. I’ve been hounded by EDF Energy over some supposed outstanding payment, despite always settling my bills punctually via bank transfer, which is what I prefer over their Direct Debit system.
