I've been receiving calls from a firm acting on behalf of Scottish Power, attempting to collect meter readings despite the fact that these readings are updated every month. It's been a right faff trying to get in touch with them over the last fortnight. Each time I ring back, I’m met with the same automated response, informing me of a high volume of calls and suggesting I try again later. It's absolutely ridiculous!
