I keep getting these annoying calls from Virgin Media. They won’t stop trying to persuade me to sign up with them again! I've already cancelled because their service was absolutely dreadful. Honestly, you’d think they’d take a hint.

I've been receiving notifications from Virgin Media claiming that I owe them money. It's quite baffling, really, as I terminated my broadband contract with them ages ago. Despite this cancellation, I still appear to be connected to their service. Now they're demanding payment for something I thought I had sorted out months ago!

I've been getting messages from Virgin Media claiming I'm in arrears. I terminated my broadband with them ages ago, yet somehow I'm still registered as a customer. Now they’re chasing me for payments for a service I thought I had cancelled. What's going on?

I received a staggering 26 calls from them in just a single day! I’d share a snapshot to prove it, but unfortunately, I can't.

Engaging with Virgin Media has been a nightmare. After twelve frustrating calls regarding charges we shouldn't even be disputing, all stemming from their inability to tackle the fraudulent activity on our account for more than half a year, we've decided to take legal action against them. Honestly, don’t subject yourself to their abysmal customer service – it's truly dreadful!

Virgin Media can be an absolute nightmare to deal with. It's nearly impossible to get through to them, and they seem to have a multitude of different numbers they use!

I’ve taken to ignoring calls from numbers I don’t recognise, yet these folk insist on ringing my mobile two or three times almost every day for a couple of weeks. After that, they go quiet for about two or three weeks, only to begin their relentless calling spree all over again. Quite tiresome, honestly!

I reckon it's Virgin Media that's been bombarding both my mobile and my landline. The odd thing is, I'm no longer a customer of theirs!

I've been bombarded by persistent calls from this number, and honestly, it's getting quite tedious. The irony is, I don't even hold a Virgin account!

I keep receiving persistent calls on my mobile from "Virgin Media," apparently in search of a George Donovan—whoever that chap might be! The thing is, I've never even held an account with Virgin. After a conversation with their representative, I explicitly requested to be removed from their list, but lo and behold, the calls have resumed. Now, when I pick up, it’s nothing but an automated system that just hangs up after a few moments. Honestly, I reckon I've burnt through a good £45 just responding to these blimmin' nuisance calls!

I’ve been receiving calls on my landline from Virginia Media, but the peculiar thing is, they're searching for someone who isn’t me. I picked up the phone, and after a brief chat, they assured me that my number isn’t in their records and promised to take it off their list. Yet, despite their claims, I’m still getting calls from them! It's rather frustrating, to say the least.

I signed up for an 18-month contract with Virgin back in April 2012. When I received confirmation on 1st October 2013 for my new flat, I promptly reached out to Virgin to check if they could continue servicing my new address. They informed me that due to it being a leasehold flat, they'd need the freeholder's consent. I quickly provided them with the necessary details—name, address, and phone number of the freeholder—but, much to my frustration, communication from them came to a grinding halt.
As my moving day approached, set for 14th February, I bombarded them with more emails, all of which went ignored. It was then that I decided to officially terminate my contract effective 28th February and cancelled my direct debit for the 1st March. The only reply I received was a rather desperate plea, “Please don’t leave us.”
In the interim, I left friends in my old house, only for Virgin to cut off their TV and broadband on 20th February. Since then, I've been bombarded with escalating payment demands, now claiming I owe them £360, which seems to rise by about £100 every month. After engaging with various departments at Virgin, it’s painfully clear that no one is on the same page. I’ve firmly told them I refuse to pay and welcomed any legal action they wish to take against me.
To add to this misery, I’ve been receiving at least two calls each day from an 0800 number, which I consistently ignore. I’ve warned them that if their harassment persists, I’ll consider pursuing legal action myself. Just as a side note, I’m a 75-year-old widower with health challenges, and this persistent stress is really weighing heavily on me.

What is it with these persistent callers? They really ought to take a hint and leave me be! I certainly won’t be picking up for them, that's for sure! 😂
