Reports on phone number 08000522140
8 yearsI keep getting texts from this number saying they're from Virgin Media, telling me I haven’t paid my monthly mobile bill. But I’ve got a direct debit set up with my bank, so that can’t be right. I asked at the Virgin shop where I bought my phone, and they said everything looks fine on their end. Earlier today, I got a message warning me that if I don’t get in touch within 48 hours, my service will be cut off. If this is just spam, what happens if I reply to them? Could they then get access to my contacts or something? On the other hand, if I just ignore these messages, could I actually lose my service? I’m really confused about what to do here. Also, is there any way to stop these annoying calls and texts?Virgin MediaVirgin9 yearsPretty sure that's Virgin Media ringing me up.Virgin MediaSubmit Your Own Report (0800 052 2140)
