Not the provider I’m with, so I just blocked the number straightaway.

I got a few calls - maybe four or five - before I picked up. The person said they were from Sky and claimed I was being charged for stuff I wasn't using. They already had my name, address, and email, but still asked how much my broadband bill was. When I told them they should already know that if they were really from Sky, they said I'd get an email from customer support. That email never turned up. Then I got a couple more calls like that and just ended the calls. I've now blocked the number completely.
