However, the letter was dated the 14th of July but only delivered on the actual day of the work, which, as it turned out, took place on the 26th. Since then, these unsolicited calls have been relentless. I took the initiative to contact Shell Energy’s customer service, but they were completely baffled by this so-called test service and suggested I lodge a report. It’s rather odd how the timing of their upgrade coincides with this surge in nuisance calls.
