I've had the same thing happen - they took two charges of £5.99 on the same day (31/01/22) from my credit card. When I dug a bit deeper, I found about 15 other tiny payments stretching back to Feb 2021 that seem connected. So, I'd tell anyone on here to not just look at recent transactions but check old statements as well. It’s obvious they try to fly under the radar by keeping the amounts small and spread out. I've told my credit card company about it and end up cancelling the card to be safe.

Then I tried ringing that number nearly 100 times, and it was always busy. They really shouldn’t have included their phone number on there!
