Sounds a bit fishy if you ask me. I then insisted on getting his name and number, hence this post. Interestingly, he kept insisting that my account was significantly overdue, even tossing a deadline of 28 February my way, which left me feeling rather uneasy about the potential repercussions on my credit rating.
