I would say be careful with these ppi claim firms, make sure you actually read all the details before signing up. I chose to walk away after looking deeper.

99% sure this number belongs to one of those PPI claim companies. They keep ringing, trying to get you to sign up for something. Watch out, it's a typical PPI scam caller.
