I got a call from 08000328042, and I'm pretty sure it's a scam. Stay clear of this number!

Got a call and texts from someone saying they were part of the “claims crime prevention team” at Liverpool Victoria Insurance. They spoke quite clearly and it all sounded legit at first. But after doing some digging online, the number they used doesn't seem to be connected to LV Insurance. Plus, the car registration they mentioned isn't on the DVLA records. Feels like a total scam to me.
