The voice instructed me to press 1 to confirm some supposedly dubious transaction on my bank account. The irony? I don’t even have an account with NatWest! This one’s a right dodgy call - they say they’re from NatWest about your credit card and tell you to press one for the fraud team. Never call back on a number they give you or from any text they send. Stay safe!

Got a robo call saying my full name, claiming to be from NatWest fraud team. They asked me to press one to get details about some dodgy stuff on my account. Rang NatWest fraud dept myself and they told me it’s definitely a scam.
