I got a letter from Natwest Fraud Operations which had this number on it, saying to ring if there were any problems to talk about. It really is legit. I was a bit wary at first, so I found the number on the Natwest site and phoned from there, and they put me through and said yep, this number is proper. Some payments had been blocked and didn’t show on the online statement, but they did alert us through the notifications.

Got a call from NatWest about some dodgy transactions on my card, so they froze it. About a week after, I got a letter asking me to call this number. When I rang 0800 032 0004, it was all automated - no person on the other end. I confirmed the suspicious charges were legit and my card was unfrozen right after. So yeah, this number is definitely the real NatWest fraud and chargeback line.

Got a letter this morning, said it was from NatWest Fraud & Chargeback team with a phone number to ring. It claimed there was some dodgy activity on my bank card ending in certain digits. I’m really relieved I looked it up here before doing anything. A few days back, I also had a call about the same thing. Seems like they expected I'd have got the letter and be totally freaked out! Honestly, this is a super risky phishing scam in my opinion.

Today I got a letter that supposedly came from NatWest. It seemed pretty legit at first glance. They claim they've put a “temporary hold” on my debit card, which is odd since I don’t even have one.
