They were super aggressive, trying to freak me out into switching to some dodgy variable energy deal, basically telling me not to trust the company I’ve already got. Proper misleading stuff.

They rang up talking about some 'current investigation', then switched to saying it was regarding business utility contracts.

This bloke was really persistent, claiming it was regarding an ongoing investigation. When I asked what exactly it concerned, he replied something about utility contracts. I told him the person he wanted to reach wasn’t around today. He kept insisting he had to talk to them urgently. I repeated that they weren’t in, and then he just ended the call.
