10 yearsI must admit, our friend shared their number with us after these individuals made some claims regarding loans back in the year 2000, which gives us a certain level of trust in them. It appears there are plenty of firms engaged in similar activities. A quick glance at the papers shows that many of them have a solid track record of successfully reclaiming PPI for people. Typically, they tend to charge around £250 for every £1,000 you manage to retrieve, which is about a 25% cut. Here’s hoping we can recover our funds from our credit card provider!10 yearsI’ve no clue who this number belongs to. Has anyone else encountered it?10 yearsYet another ring from those fraudulent scoundrels. They clearly have no intention of respecting boundaries. - Caller: Claims Advisory GroupClaims Advisory Group11 yearsAt precisely 15:22, the phone rang, displaying "The Claims Group." It was quite a surprise! These folks are relentless, to say the least. We found ourselves being bombarded with their name in every second sentence, which got rather irritating. At one point, I was asked, "Sarah, why aren’t you keen on reclaiming your money?" To which I simply replied, "I don’t even know who you are." Honestly, it all feels rather dodgy to me. I’d advise steering clear of sharing any bank details, regardless of who they purport to be or what they claim to offer! The Claims GroupSarah11 yearsReceived a call from 0800 027 9592, and the chap on the line claimed to represent Claims Group Direct Limited. They were on about helping folks reclaim funds from lenders if they’d been misled, or if interest rates were deemed excessive, you know? They mentioned a PO Box address in Manchester, but I’ve scoured the internet and can’t seem to find any trace of this company. Oh, and they were keen to know the date and time of when we sent the form back. Also, they asked for some banking details on the application form, which has me a bit on edge. Anyone else had a similar run-in?Claims Group Direct LimitedPO BoxManchester12 yearsI received a call at 15:22 from some outfit calling themselves "Claims Group Direct". I must say, their persistence was quite off-putting. They kept throwing our name around as if we were old pals, which struck me as not only rude but terribly presumptuous. One chap even had the nerve to ask, "Sarah, why don't you want to reclaim your money?" To which I replied, "We have no idea who you are." It all seemed rather suspect if you ask me. Please, whatever you do, refrain from sharing your banking information with these individuals, regardless of the tales they spin or the credibility they attempt to conjure.Claims Group DirectSarahSubmit Your Own Report (0800 027 9592)
