I can't tell you how many times these folks have called us, always on the hunt for someone named Mark. The first time they rang, we politely explained that they'd got the wrong number, but it hasn't deterred them one bit! This has been going on since last year and shows no signs of stopping. What’s truly maddening is how powerless we seem to be in putting an end to their relentless calls-it's sheer harassment! We even resorted to picking up the phone to give them a piece of our mind, using rather colourful language, but guess what? They were back on the line within two minutes as if nothing had happened! What a nightmare!

I’ve recently acquired a new phone and, in the meantime, while we wait for our PAC number to be transferred, we’re using the temporary number that came with it. Just today, not even 24 hours after activating the device, I’ve had this number ring me five times with absolutely no one on the other end. We’ve decided it’s not worth our time to answer, and there’s definitely no chance we’ll be calling back. It’s rather odd, as we keep receiving calls from unknown numbers, which I suspect are linked to the same issue. Let’s hope this situation resolves itself quickly, especially once our old number is fully functional again.

This company has been absolutely infuriating! They’ve been pestering us on our mobile at least five times a day, from eight in the morning until six in the evening. It's relentless.
