Drop an email to this fellow, Trevor - [email protected]. He’s the top dog at Provvy, which owns both Vaquis and Impact. I pulled a similar stunt with the CEO of Capital One; every time a call or a letter popped up, I would reach out, and eventually, the nuisances ceased. I'm currently on the same path with the chap mentioned. Don't hesitate to lodge your complaints directly with him, and make sure to ping them an email each time you hear from these individuals!

We're getting bombarded by these calls, at least three times a day, and it's really starting to take its toll on us. We often find ourselves in tears because of the relentless harassment. It’s not some preachy congregation; these folks genuinely assist individuals in overcoming their financial struggles, and it won’t cost you a penny. They provide a realistic budget, handle negotiations with your creditors, and, most importantly, they're not easily swayed. Eventually, the incessant calls will stop. I went from managing a meagre £35 for weekly grocery shopping for myself and four others to having a reasonable budget of £100. With companies like Vanquis expecting repayments of twice a week, I found myself at a standstill. Honestly, it's a splendid pathway to a fresh beginning!

Honestly, the frequency of their calls is bordering on harassment-repeatedly ringing more than three times each day is well beyond what's typically deemed acceptable for debt collection. The automated systems that ring without anyone responding just adds to the nuisance and quite frankly, this behaviour is in clear violation of the regulations and can certainly be perceived as harassment!

I received a call from someone claiming to be a private banking adviser from Vanquis Banking. She was quite evasive about her identity and the location from which she was calling. Once we started to press for more details, she abruptly ended the conversation. After the call, I checked the number with 1471, but curiously, they didn’t seem to have any record of reaching out to us, and everything appeared to be perfectly normal on their end. Quite baffling, really!
