For the past two years, I’ve noticed a £15 charge from Artiq Mobile appearing on my phone bill, and I can assure you, I never signed up for anything! They’re supposed to refund you for this kind of thing. If you're in the same boat and have spotted unauthorised deductions by this company, you should reach out to them at [email protected]. It’s worth a try!

I've been caught up in what seems to be a fraudulent scheme, and I'm at my wits' end trying to halt their continuous deductions from my account. It's incredibly frustrating!

I've been hit with charges from this number for several months now. After giving them a ring, I managed to retrieve a portion of my funds, yet the deductions keep rolling in. It's high time Trading Standards were alerted about this shady operation, which seems to be running rampant without any need for consent!

Absolutely, I've experienced the same thing! It's a right con, they've been siphoning off £20 a month from my account for the past seven months. I've just called 080000155139 to get my name removed from their list, which I wasn't even aware I was on. I never signed up for this nonsense! Just a heads up for everyone out there-beware! As for getting my money back, I doubt that’s going to happen.

I shall be referring this matter to the trading standards and have informed the police as well, should my full payment-taken without my explicit consent-not be returned. I’m quite hesitant to provide my bank information, as I lack trust in this organisation. Furthermore, I’m beginning to regret having shared my email address with them. I anticipate receiving a cheque; otherwise, I won’t hesitate to escalate this issue, even reaching out to the BBC if necessary.

I’ve been informed by Wizzminds that I supposedly signed up for their service, but I certainly didn’t! Astonishingly, they say they’ve been taking £4.50 from my account since last September without my consent. I’m keen to lodge a formal complaint regarding this matter.

I've noticed a recurring charge of £4.50 appearing on my account each week for the past month. The thing is, I never signed up for anything related to Whizz Kids. It feels like a scam, and I believe it's crucial to take action against this. I'm planning to raise the issue with the appropriate authorities. It appears to be linked to Artiq BV.

For a few months now, i've gotten texts almost every week, but today i got one saying i'd been charged £4.50 weekly for something i don’t remember signing up to. I rang the helpline they mentioned, and they guaranteed no more messages or fees. Guess i'll just have to wait and find out if thats true.

I've been shelling out £4.50 every week since August for this blasted number, and honestly, I have no clue how it even got activated! I’m baffled as to why Vodafone is allowing it to continue, and why they can't just put a stop to it. I received a few texts from Wizzmind, but genuinely thought it was just some dodgy scam! I rang them up last month to cancel it, yet they still managed to snatch £19.00 from me this month. I attempted to halt the direct debit with my bank, but it went through anyway. Frustrating, isn't it? I've been advised to get in touch with "Phonepayplus" to file a complaint. I recommend that anyone else in the same boat should do the same.

I find myself in a similar predicament with EE, having had £42.00 siphoned off my account due to these fraudsters managing to charge me for services I neither requested nor agreed to. It’s utterly unacceptable that they’ve been permitted to carry out such scams! They should be reported without delay, and it’s imperative that our service provider is made aware that they are complicit by granting access to our financial information. I'm determined to take this matter further.

It baffles me how Virgin Mobile seems to turn a blind eye while these con artists siphon off hard-earned cash from unsuspecting customers! I'm currently on a £12 monthly plan, yet I've been hit with an extra £13.50 charge for the past two months due to these scammers. It’s astonishing that no one seems to be taking this issue seriously! My experience mirrors what others have shared. I've never signed up for any additional services, and despite having called Virgin twice, the deductions persist. It appears that Virgin has access to my banking details and is passing them along to these dodgy characters. If anyone from Virgin is reading this, just know-enough is enough! Stop this nonsense!

I got a phone call earlier claiming that my number was lucky enough to win a £500 voucher for Morrison's. They wanted my bank details, but I wasn't having any of that and declined. I had a conversation with a lady named Emma from customer service, who informed me that I had somehow entered a competition via a third-party source, resulting in a £15 deduction from my O2 account. I can assure you, I never signed up for any such competition and certainly haven't given any permission for anyone to plunder my funds. It's imperative that O2, along with other mobile providers, takes immediate action against these unscrupulous individuals. They really ought to face significant consequences for their dishonest activities. Emma mentioned she’d initiate a refund, but I’m rather sceptical as she seemed eager to acquire my bank details. I’m taking this matter seriously and will be bringing it to the attention of trading standards and the police. I firmly maintain that my personal information hasn’t been shared with anyone willingly, and if it has been leaked, it’s clearly through the actions of a third party without my consent.

Honestly, just bin your sim card and grab a new number, saves all the hassle. Don’t bother with sending texts if they’re charging 4.50 quid a pop, especially if you’re on a contract - will just end up costing you loads.

About four hours ago, I received a message from Wizzminds, and to add to that, there was another text from Ryanair roughly a month back. Both messages claim that I've signed up for some subscription service with them. Ryanair has already deducted £3.75, which has conveniently appeared on my mobile bill. I’ve reached out to EE regarding this issue, but they've informed me that there’s nothing they can do. What can I do to prevent any further deductions from these companies? I've just received a rather perplexing message informing me that I've signed up for something called "wizzmind weekly," which, I must confess, is completely alien to me! Never in my life have I signed up for such a thing! They’re attempting to fleece me £4.50 every week unless I message them with "stop." To my dismay, they’ve already pilfered £4.50 from my pay-as-you-go balance without my consent. If I don't send that "stop" message, they threaten to drain even more money from my credit each week. I’m baffled as to how they’re managing this, and I reckon it’s high time the police or some authority stepped in to address this dubious situation.

After buying a new iPhone, I was invited to take part in a survey by Apple. Completing it also entered me into a competition for a chance to win an iPhone 7. I recently got a message claiming that I signed up for Wizzminds. To be honest, I haven't intentionally done anything of the sort. I won’t be replying to the message, as I've already had my provider block any premium texts. It seems £4.50 was taken from my Vodafone account without my consent. I would appreciate it if you could cancel any services and refund the amount. Please confirm my unsubscription via text. Thank you!

I recently got a rather dodgy text stating, "FreeMsg Reminder. You've signed up for Wizzminds weekly competition service. £4.50 will be deducted from your account each week unless you text STOP to 61177. Need assistance? Call 08000155139." When I attempted to send the STOP message, I noticed they were going to hit me with a charge! After some digging online, I found out that this is just a scam. What’s the best way to block these messages or put an end to it? Any help would be appreciated, cheers!

I’ve received a message claiming I've signed up for the MR-win £500 weekly competition, which apparently costs £4.50 a week until I text STOP to 69003. Quite frankly, I have not subscribed to anything of the sort. Where do they get the audacity to do this? What steps can I take to sort this out? I believe I might have inadvertently clicked on an email that seemed to come from Ryanair.

I can't believe how this company keeps sending me stuff! There's no way to unsubscribe, which is just so frustrating. Honestly, I'm really let down by how they handle things. Someone seriously needs to shut them down!

I’ve fallen victim to a right con! They’ve pinched £13.50 from my phone account without so much as a by-your-leave. To add insult to injury, they've dangled a refund in front of me, but only if I cough up my bank details. They’ve got a better shot at winning the lottery than getting that from me! Honestly, it’s high time the fraud squad stepped in to clamp down on this systematic thievery that targets unsuspecting folks with petty amounts. Does anyone know how I might reclaim my cash?

I recently found myself ensnared in this nefarious scam, with a sum of £13.50 pinched from my mobile account without a hint of my consent! To add insult to injury, they've tantalisingly dangled the prospect of a refund, but only if I fork over my bank details (as if that's going to happen!). Honestly, it feels like they're more likely to be hit by a bolt of lightning than I am to trust them! It's high time the "Fraud Squad" took serious measures to combat this widespread theft that relies on nicking small amounts from unsuspecting people. Can anyone advise me on how to recover my lost funds?

Beware, this number is definitely a ripoff - they get you to enter some kind of contest and then sneakily charge you £4.50 every week. Total scam!

I've encountered what seems to be a dubious competition from Morrisons. If you've been roped into this, it's wise to contact your phone service provider to halt that £4.50 weekly charge immediately. My provider is Tesco, and they provided me with the contact number 08000155139 for reclaiming my funds. Additionally, if you believe you're a victim of fraud, you can reach out to the police at 03001232040 for assistance. Keep your wits about you!

I've found myself embroiled in Wizzminds' weekly competition, where they’ve been taking £4.50 from my account each week. I’ve not responded to any of their texts, mind you, but I've heard that contributes to the costs too. I’ve already flagged this issue with O2 as well. It all started when I submitted my mobile number for a Netflix competition - a right oversight on my part! We really must put an end to this dodgy scheme, don’t you think?

Quizawin, you say? Who on earth are these folks? Firstly, how on earth do they have the right-if they even do-to siphon money from your account? Is this actually legit, or do you end up getting charged just for replying? I’m left wondering who’s handed over such sensitive information, to begin with. Your bank details, no less! This whole situation reeks of dodginess and is nothing but dubious in my opinion. Best to steer clear of it!

I got a message today notifying me that money is going to be taken from my account. I tried calling their customer service, but it was utterly pointless, and replying by text hasn't worked either. It’s incredibly frustrating! This site should really be taken down, and those who have fallen victim to this scam ought to be reimbursed.

I reached out to my mobile provider, EE, and they kindly credited my account with £20 while also getting rid of that pesky third-party service, Wizzminds. Just a heads up, if you're on pay-as-you-go, it can take up to 20 hours to fully block those unsolicited messages-they're a bit pricey at £4.50 a pop! Quite the dodgy scheme, if you ask me. Wishing you all the best!

Morrison's Confirmation - I received an email about a £500 prize draw at their shop. I submitted my mobile number and got a message from [email protected]. Firstly, I was issued a pin code for the competition, which was 1113. Secondly, I was informed that I had signed up for Wizzminds' weekly competition at a cost of £4.50 each week, with instructions to text STOP to 61177, which I promptly did. Following that, I got a text saying: "FreeMsg: you have unsubscribed from our weekly Quiz. There will be no more charges to your mobile." Is there anyone who can assist? The number is 0800155139, and I believe this could be a scam of some sort.

I've received a message stating that I've signed up for Quizawin Weekly, and they're planning to bill me £4.50 every week unless I text "STOP" to 69003. The strange thing is, if I do send the message to cancel, it also mentions that I might incur charges. Quite the predicament, isn't it?

I've noticed a £15.00 charge on my mobile bill which has left me quite perplexed. After contacting EE, they suggested I call 0800 015 5139 regarding a supposed download linked to a competition I have no recollection of entering. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to reach an adviser despite several attempts. I’m concerned that my phone bill is about to take another hit. After reading similar stories, I'm convinced my gut feeling was spot on! I’m about to get in touch with EE again to insist that they refrain from sharing this number.

I'm experiencing the same issue as previously mentioned. My phone provider instructed me to call this number after I sent a text saying STOP to opt out, but that hasn't done a thing. These people ought to be held accountable!

Absolutely appalled by this situation! I've flagged it with the authorities. Out of nowhere, there were four separate £4.50 charges slapped onto my mobile bill. Although I was initially told that this amount would be waived since my account was still in the clear, I've now been informed that they’re going back on their word. It appears I’m left with no option but to hand over the money to these fraudsters, all cleverly wrapped up within their "terms of service." It's infuriating how they get away with such underhanded dealings. I'm utterly dismayed!

I've noticed a total of £4.50 has been deducted from my account on four separate occasions by this particular number, and I wasn't aware of it at all.
