We've noticed some funds were withdrawn from our Alliance and Leicester account linked to a debt we supposedly owe, and it seems you've processed a payment regarding this. Frankly, I'm quite puzzled, as I have no awareness of being in debt, and I'm struggling to comprehend the basis for any legal action. Could you please shed some light on this matter? I attempted to reach a higher authority earlier today and was told they couldn't assist. However, it's rather perplexing as it appears the payment was made on your end. It would be greatly appreciated if you could investigate this further. The amount in question is £150 relating to the Alliance and Leicester, dated 18th January 2010.

You won’t believe it! We’ve had £300 reappear in our account already. The fraud team at Alliance & Leicester, bless them, really do work quickly. Now we’re just hoping these folks will help us uncover who on earth sanctioned that withdrawal or whether CCS RB actually made the payment (if at all). Issuing someone a debit card without consent is downright unlawful!

I've noticed three rather suspicious withdrawals from our business account: £64 on the 26th of November 2009, £100 on the 6th of August 2009, and £138 on the 22nd of August 2009. Can you guess what that elusive figure is again? I just had a chat with my bank's fraud department earlier today, and they were informed that as it's now the 4th of November 2010, I'm certainly not going to let this matter slide.
