Yeah its for real, this is from NATWEST. You probably wont notice the failed payment on the banking app, but I got a alert about it. To get your card working again, you have to follow the steps they set up since they lock the card till you do. If youre still worried just give NatWest a ring and they can clear it up.

I can confirm this is a real Natwest number. I got a bit anxious and ended the call after being on hold ages. Later, I rang the number printed on the back of my credit card and they told me it’s legit. They connected me to the fraud department but I had to wait on hold for what felt like forever!
