Could have been a legit NW number but as someone who used to work there I rang the number on the back of my cards. They sent me a text, didnt call. I’d be really cautious if you get a call from this one. Both my cards got blocked by fraud and it was simple to fix by calling the number on the back of my credit card. I’d definitely think twice before pressing any options like 1 or 2.
