On 18 August, I got a message from Wizzminds using number 61177, which took me by surprise as I’d never had any contact with them before. They asked me a quiz question that I replied to, but after that kept sending more questions which I just ignored. Then, only today, 16 September, a text pops up saying I’m now signed up to Wizzminds and charged £4.50 a week. I never consented to any subscription or payment, so this feels like a complete scam. Can anyone advise how I can get my money back? They also provided a helpline, 08000155139, but I’m wary of calling it in case it’s just another con.
