Somebody called earlier trying to con me out of 169 quid.

Got a warning suddenly showing up on my PC sayin it was from Windows. Said my computer was infected and I HAD to call a number in 5 minutes or else. They kept threatening my security would be compromised and my PC would shut down forever. I ignored it, ran Norton Security instead, and everything’s fine now. Definitely sounds like a scam to me.
