Just a short while ago, I got a dodgy text from this number claiming to be from the fraud team at Barclays. It was all about a supposedly hefty transaction that was supposedly pulled from my account. They were fishing for my personal details to confirm it was really me who had initiated the payment. What a laugh, seeing as I don’t even bank with Barclays!

I got a message from Barclays asking me to confirm a big purchase, but the number they gave isn’t legit. Don’t bother calling back or replying to it - it’s definitely not Barclays. Stay safe!

Got a message from Barclaycard asking me to confirm a big purchase I supposedly made. Bit weird, as I didn’t buy anything like that. Good to know they’re keeping an eye on things though.

Got a call from First Review Pension Service out of the blue, pushing pension plans. Definitely a cold call. Best to just ignore it.
