Somebody phoned me pretending to be Welsh Water, saying there was a leak in my water main and they were fixing it. They warned the water might be turned off later that evening or it could look a bit dirty. Then they told me to press 1 if I wanted to hear the message again, or 2 if I wanted to hang up. Foolishly, I pressed 1 before thinking it might have been a scam.
