Oddly enough, we just completed an upgrade about a month ago. When we mentioned this to the caller, she mentioned that their system probably hasn't been updated yet. I inquired about which phone we had upgraded to recently, and she ended the call by wishing us a pleasant weekend. Seemed like a decent chap, to be fair.

This particular number has been incessantly pestering me for the past week, ringing up to five times daily. They initially claimed to be inquiring about my contract and asked for my password. When I suggested I'd get back to T-Mobile for verification, their tone changed quite notably, insisting that doing so would lead me to the incorrect department. In a frenzy, they rang me back three times within thirty minutes, first a woman, then a man, and back to the woman again, all attempting to pry my password from me. When I queried them about the specifics of my password, like the number of characters, they danced around the question, admitting they couldn’t disclose any details but mentioned it was supposedly a combination of a name and a number-which it absolutely isn’t. I have my doubts about whether this is genuinely T-Mobile.

I received three missed calls from this number as well! I decided to drop them a text asking who they were since I usually avoid answering calls from unknown numbers. However, no response came my way, and then I found yet another missed call! Quite peculiar, I must say! :S
