There’s this guy called Abdul Juhel, lives around Westferry Road in London, E14. He’s about 30 and originally from Bangladesh. The bloke's got big issues with booze and crack, and on top of that, he’s got a criminal past. When he’s wasted, he turns proper violent and nasty. Honestly, he’s a right nightmare - always causing trouble, shouting racist stuff at folks. Someone really needs to find him and sort him out. He’s always drunk and aggressive, making life miserable for everyone around.
