I got a recorded message from a woman saying it was from my bank’s security team. She told me there were two charges on my card today - one was £199 at Amazon, and the other was £889 sent via some international money transfer site. The message said these payments looked fishy and that I hadn’t made them before. Then it asked me to press 1 if I wanted to approve the transactions or press 2 to talk to their support team.
