Lately, I’ve been getting a few calls where they try to trick you into thinking you owe bank fees or something. My advice? If it’s a number you don’t know, just don’t pick up. If you’ve got an answerphone, let it handle the call instead.

Got another call today from a different phone number than earlier. Some robotised voice claiming to be from the "Bank Security Department" said there were two dodgy transactions on my account - something about Amazon and some overseas money transfer thing. I don’t even shop on Amazon or do those kinds of transfers. What’s weird is, it was exactly the same story as a call I got before, same sums and everything. Definitely a scam!
