I got a call from an international number, and some guy with a heavy accent said he was from BT. He told me my internet hub wasn’t giving the right speed, but I could barely catch what he was saying. When I asked him for my name from BT's records, he couldn’t provide it, which seemed dodgy. Plus, my internet's been working perfectly fine, so I’m pretty sure it was a scam.
