i wasnt able to pick up when they called me back then.

The call showed up as spam, but I picked up anyway to be sure. Turns out it was definitely a scam - they claimed to be from a law office named Libre LPD and said they were looking into online fraud. They did know my name, but then they just hung up, so I blocked the number immediately.
