Somebody said they were from Amazon but I just ended the call straight away.

Got a text claiming to be from Lloyds bank. I rang the number back and it actually went through and someone answered, which wouldn’t happen with an automated text service. The person hung up on me two times though. Obviously a scam so I've blocked the number now. Definitely dodgy!

Got a call from someone with an asian accent who wanted me to verify my name. I told him that if he’s the one who called, he should already know who he’s speaking to. Then I just ended the call.

I told BT I’m not interested and asked them to stop calling me, but they keep ringing anyway. Really frustrating.

This time I got a call from someone with an Asian accent saying he was from BT’s tech support about my internet. I found it fishy, so I told him I don’t even have internet, and he just cut the call straight away! Classic scam move.

got a call from a bloke named dave who sounded asian, said he was from bt tech support. he asked if i was the main person using the internet, i told him no and he just hung up on me. was kinda hoping to mess about with him a bit while waiting for my paint to dry and kettle to boil - such a shame!

I called that number not thinking much of it, then a supposed EE rep said the person I wanted wasn’t free. Turned out to be a total scam.

Got a call from someone with an asian accent saying they were from tech support or something. Didn’t even get a chance to ask what it was about before they just ended the call.
