It was a scam, so I just hung up and blocked the number straight away on my phone.

i got a call from someone pretending to be royal mail telling me i owed them money and had to sort it out right away.

Got a text saying it was from Royal Mail, telling me to pay a £2.99 charge with a link attached. Totally dodgy since I wasn’t waiting for any parcel and the Royal Mail shouldn’t have my phone number anyway. I even looked on the official Royal Mail website and couldn’t find any number like that. Definitely a scam!

Got a text saying it was from Royal Mail claiming I needed to pay £2.99 shipping for a parcel. The message had a link but it definitely wasn’t from the official Royal Mail site. Looks like a total scam to me!

Got a call from someone saying they were Royal Mail and that I had to pay a £2.99 charge to get a parcel. Definitely a con, since I’m not expecting any parcels and Royal Mail wouldn’t even have my contact details. Don’t fall for it!

I just got a text that looked like it was from Royal Mail, saying I needed to pay a £2.99 fee or there’d be some sort of penalty if I didn’t. Seemed a bit dodgy to me, probs a scam trying to scare folks into coughing up cash. Watch out everyone!
