As soon as I answered, they already knew my name but never bothered to say who they were first. When I asked, they said they were from NatWest, but it felt really dodgy. I mean, isn’t it normal to say who you are at the start of a cold call? Their tone was weird and quite dodgy, very dodgy to trust. I seriously doubt they have anything to do with a real bank. Marked the number as spam and blocked it straight away.
