I've received a couple of rather protracted calls from this number purporting to be from 'dispatch' or some such entity. The accent of the caller was quite hard to decipher. They were going on about PPI related to a credit card, and seemed to possess an awful lot of information. However, what struck me as odd was their relentless repetition of the question about what to say on the form when it inquires if I've lodged a claim before-insisting I should answer 'NO'. The phrase must have been mentioned at least a dozen times! I decided to cut the conversation short. I certainly didn't feel at ease with the whole experience.

I've received four phone calls from this number, but every time I've picked up, they hung up immediately. I’ve tried ringing them back, but it just doesn’t go through. Quite puzzling, really!
