Got a call from someone saying they were from the bank’s security team. Total scam, stay careful!

Quick heads up: this is DEFINITELY a scam. I picked up and got a recorded message acting like it was from my card provider, saying there might be dodgy charges (they mentioned Amazon and some online shopping). The voice sounded legit, like one of those usual automated calls from your bank, but they never said which company or gave a phone number to call back. All they asked was for me to "press 1". Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Somebody rang me claiming to be a BT engineer wanting to fix my internet speed, which I didn’t even have any issues with. Total scam, stay clear!
